Responsibilities
  1. Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.

Job description
  1. As an HR Executive, you will assume the duty of HR and Administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  2. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, PPT, and forms.
  4. File and update contact information of employees, customers
  5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  6. Develop and maintain a filing system
